Have had great experiences having my dog groomed here. They make sure to confirm what style you want, take a picture for added security, and call/text to confirm when your pet is ready for pickup. They were flexible when I’ve had to shift my appointment, just make sure to call as soon as you know so as to be considerate if their bookings. Very friendly staff :)

The groomers do an amazing job on our Morkie! Time and time again, they exceed our expectations and we are always delighted. Booking online is fast and easy. The owners and staff are friendly and very accommodating. The prices are very reasonable for this kind of quality grooming. We also feel very safe dropping our baby off here, knowing they care for their client's pets as if they were their own--which they really ARE after all!!!

My baby is all fresh and new! 🐾 I had complaints about the jagged cuts around her head - I thought they’d give her a circular shape and instead they just stopped shaving at her head and it was uneven too so that bothered me. But all things considered everyone was very hospitable and accommodated my situation so nicely; I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt. Pictures provided: for context I asked for a cat bath and a shave cause I thought she had matted fur. They told me before they begun the session that it wasn’t matted, just dander that was tangled up and could easily be brushed out. They trimmed her claws and shaved her just like I asked, warning me that it would be a very close shave because she’s already a shorthair. They asked whether I wanted to leave her tail long which i did. Not the happiest about the shaver’s pattern on her back, or the uneven shape of her head but I got what I asked for, which was a shave and a bath. Price $160.

UPDATE: The owner Sancho is so kind and offered for another groomer (Gilberto) to fix our pups groom for free. My pups groom looks so much better and I’m so grateful for the awesome customer service! They were also so kind about it and made me feel like my complaints were valid. Really happy with the resolution. I did not like how they groomed by doodle. They didn’t follow the photos we gave them and they shaved him way lower than we asked.His body was shaved too much and his face wasn’t groomed enough making him look like he has a huge head and tiny body. I don’t recommend bringing your dog here if you have a doodle, maybe they’re better with breed specific cuts but we won’t be taking him back here. I will say my pup smells good and is soft but that’s about it. Attached are photos
